Policies & Procedures
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call for instructions. NO returns after 20 days from shipping or pick up. No returns on SPECIAL Orders. All items must be in good condition and in original box. If item comes broken no refund is possible.
- World Of Sinks reserves the right to select carrier on all orders. However we will search for the lowest priced carrier available to us.
- Allow 1-10 days delivery dependent on product availability, and supply. However there are times when extended delivery times will occur.
- World Of Sinks will contact you if shipments are unusually delayed or back ordered.
We do not sell, trade, or convey to any third party any private information supplied to us.

- World Of Sinks will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused from failure of our product lines.
- World Of Sinks reserves the right to terminate a membership or buyer-seller relationship at any time.
Warranties and Guarantees
All World of Sinks products come with a 1 year conditional warranty and a 3-5 year Limited Lifetime Guarantee! Warranty does not cover: damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair; damages due to improper cleaning, misuse or neglect; or "living finishes." Living finishes on unsealed items such as copper, bronze, nickel, teak and bamboo can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. /span>
(NOTE: Condition on warranty is it must be installed by a certified WOS contractor/plumber. There are NO RETURNS on any custom made products, 15% RESTOCKING FEE on in-stock returns. There are no returns, warranties or guarantees on any "AS IS" products).
